Our Return Window
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it.

With tags still attached.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: returns sent back without requesting approval first will not be accepted.
Damages & Wrong Items
We always check carefully before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons, including:

Exchanges
Want a different size or color? The quickest way is to return your item and, once it’s accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: banks and card providers may take extra time to process the refund on their end. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, reach out to us at billieharris74@gmail.com.
EU Customers
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. The item must still meet our return condition requirements.
